Order not very well packaged !

Placed an order for some coin stands, crotal bell stands , corner shelf and a clock watch winder display. It came in a box with no bubble wrap or protection so during transit everything smashed against each other and the clock watch winder had 7 of the small lugs where you hang the winders broken off so basically the item is useless! Maybe you can rethink the way you pack some of these fragile items ?
